Department Formulation Research & Development (FR&D) – Oncology Location: Hyderabad Qualification M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics / Pharmaceutical Technology) Freshers (2025 & 2026 Pass-outs) Role Overview We are seeking highly motivated and scientifically driven fresh graduates to join our Oncology Formulation Research & Development team as Trainee Research Associates. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in pharmaceutical R&D while working on the development of innovative oncology drug products for global regulated markets. The selected candidates will receive hands-on exposure to formulation development activities, analytical evaluation, laboratory operations, documentation practices, and regulatory requirements under the guidance of experienced scientists. Key Responsibilities Assist in pre-formulation and formulation development activities for oncology products. Perform laboratory experiments as per approved protocols and study plans. Support characterization and evaluation of formulations. Maintain laboratory notebooks, raw data records, and development reports. Conduct literature searches, scientific reviews, and patent assessments. Participate in stability studies and sample management activities. Ensure compliance with cGMP, cGLP, data integrity, and safety guidelines. Assist in preparation of technical documents, reports, and presentations. Support scale-up, technology transfer, and process optimization activities. Collaborate with Analytical Development, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Manufacturing teams. Required Skills Strong understanding of Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Sciences. Basic knowledge of dosage forms and formulation principles. Good laboratory practices and documentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic research environment.
