Material Receiving and Inspection: a. Oversee the receiving process for incoming raw materials, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards. b. Coordinate with Quality to conduct inspections of received materials to verify quality and specifications. c. Coordinate with Quality and Buyers to manage Supplier Returns, Invoice Issues 2. Storage and Organization: a. Plan and optimize storage layout to ensure efficient space utilization and easy accessibility. b. Implement proper labeling and categorization of materials to facilitate quick retrieval. 3. Issue and Distribution: a. Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely issuance of required materials for manufacturing processes. b. Maintain a well-organized system for tracking material issuance and usage. c. Order Fulfillment : d. Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness. e. Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams to prioritize order fulfillment based on customer requirements and production schedules. 4. Picking and Packing : a. Supervise the picking and packing of products, ensuring correct quantities and accurate labeling. b. Implement efficient picking strategies to minimize errors and improve order turnaround time. 5. Quality Control: i. Align with Quality for conducting quality checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet specified standards and customer expectations. ii. Address any quality issues or discrepancies before products are shipped. 6. Shipping and Logistics: i. Coordinate transportation logistics, including selecting carriers, scheduling shipments, and arranging necessary documentation. ii. Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, customs requirements, and delivery timelines. 7. Inventory Management: i. Maintain accurate records of raw material inventory, including quantities, specifications, and storage locations.
