Picture yourself brightening someone's day. When you join our Hotels team, that's exactly what you'll do every time you come to work! You will oversee the daily operations of the executive floor and lounge, ensuring that VIP guests receive exceptional service. Your leadership will ensure a flawless experience for executive-level guests, from check-in to check-out. As an Executive Floor Supervisor / Team leader, you're not just delivering personalized and luxury guest experiences – you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Leadership & Team Management: Supervise and train the executive floor team to deliver personalized VIP service. Manage scheduling, task delegation, and performance reviews.
- Guest Experience: Ensure VIPs and club members receive tailored service and prompt resolution of concerns. Coordinate special requests and personalized amenities for high-profile guests.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations of the executive floor and lounge, ensuring cleanliness, readiness, and quality F&B service. Monitor inventory and manage procurement needs.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Liaise with housekeeping, F&B, and front office to fulfill guest preferences and ensure seamless service.
- Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to maintain luxury service standards. Conduct regular performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
- Reporting & Administration: Prepare daily operational reports and track guest feedback. Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth lounge operations.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
- Proven background in hotel operations, ideally in a managerial or assistant managerial role with VIP or executive floor exposure.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to inspire service excellence.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to handle high-profile guests with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficient in hotel PMS and familiar with luxury service standards.
- Calm under pressure, responsive to changing priorities and guest needs.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
