Agrotech Contract Farming Field Associate (delhi)

Job Location: Latur Maharashtra

1.Promotion of Contract Farming of organic and Conventional Herbs. 
2.Scaling up of Package of Practices for new & Existing herbs or those converted from collection to cultivation.
3.GAP (Good Agricultural Practices) & RA ( Regenarative agricultiure) implementation in contract farming and auditing the fields to ensure GAP & RA.
4.Involving in Organic Farming activities for new products and adding of new ICS/ groups to organic farming.
5.Conducting training programs to farmers and farming groups on GAP, RA and Organic Farming.
6.Expansion of GAP and Rgenerative certification to include other herbs as per our requirements.
7.Promotion of Organic farming and Plantation with NGOs to ensure traceability for the herbs.
8.Identifying new geographies for the cultivation of organic & converntional herbs.
9.Making farming agreemmets and developing farmers data base with new agri technologies.
