Seeking Full Time RoR Developer for Hiode Technologies Pvt. Ltd, Banglore

Qualification

• Minimum 2 Years of experience in Ruby on Rails.
• Effective Communication Skills.
• Thorough understanding of the philosophy and design of Ruby on Rails.
• Proactive and resourceful person who achieves with minimal oversight.
• Team player with the ability and desire to become an integral part of a fast-paced team.
• Have solution oriented attitude.

Technological Skills

• Should be able to write/peer-review quality code to help support scalability.
• Must have experience with any two major versions of Ruby & Rails.
• Must have good Command over Business Logic.
• Must have experience in Integrating Third Party tools with help of REST/SOAP hooks.
• Should have good desktop publishing skills like HTML & CSS (twitter bootstrap preferred).
• Must be good at client side scripting (Javascript, jQuery).
• Must have good knowledge of Relational DBMS i.e MySql, Postgres & no-sql databases like Redis & mongodb.
• Must use Git
• Should have experience in deploying Rails applications to Bare Servers using Capistrano.
• Experience in frontend framework like AngularJS, NodeJS will be preferred.
• Can write good Quality test cases using Rspec/Capybara.
