Manual Test Engineer

Job Role:

As a Manual Test engineer you will be designing and implementing tests, debug and make corrective actions. You play a vita role in company's product development process. You will be responsible for testing the product before launches to ensure that the product is free from errors and reliable.

Responsibilities:

• Implement test cases and test scenarios based on project requirement.
• Develop and execute manual test process as per requirement. Execute test cases, record and publish the test results to Development team with meeting the timelines specified.
• Track, maintain and add test scripts. Develop testing framework.
• Work with techno-functional team of developers, project managers and pre sales to specify design, develop manual test cases based on user stories and requirements from team.
• Contribute the feedback and expertise to create various dashboards for reporting purposes.
• Providing Reactive support for the product queries to gain a better understanding of the system.

Requirements:

• Experience 1 to 3 Years in Software Testing
• Strong debugging skills to resolve test script issues
• Exposure to database, integration, compatibility, UI usability, web or security testing
• Exposure with any bug tracking platform like JIRA, Bugzilla is a must
• Knowledge on SDLC , STLC ,Defect Life cycle is a must
• Knowledge on unit testing frameworks will be added advantage
