Pre - Sales Coordinator

Role Summary:

Handle inbound/outbound calls, qualify prospects, schedule and coordinate site visits, and support the sales team through effective follow-ups and lead management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and qualify leads
• Schedule & coordinate site visits
• Follow up with prospects
• Update leads in CRM
• Handover qualified leads to sales team

Requirements

• 1–2 years in pre-sales / inside sales (real estate preferred)
• Strong communication & follow-up skills
• Comfortable with calling & site coordination
• Basic CRM & Excel knowledge
