After-Sales Manager & Billing MIS

Key Responsibilities:After-Sales Management:Coordinate with developers, clients, and internal teams to resolve post-salesqueries.Manage client complaints and escalations effectively, ensuring high satisfaction.Billing and Documentation:1. Ensure accurate and timely generation of invoices and billing statements.2. Maintain detailed records of transactions, payments, and client interactions.3. Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or arelated field.
