Closing Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Closing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, negotiating deals, and closing transactions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute to the growth and success of our company. Overseeing the entire process from assigning walk-ins to team members to closing deals and collecting payments for OCR and home loan disbursement. Personally attending to walk-ins and finalizing deals, with diligent follow-up procedures. Creating monthly and quarterly sales plans for the designated site on a consistent basis. Formulating sales strategies and envisioning sales targets until they are achieved. Ensuring follow-up on team members' revisit appointments and ensuring successful closures.

Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field.
