Mis Executive - Thane

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team. As an MIS Executive, you will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decision-making processes within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate operations and possess excellent analytical skills.Responsibilities:- Collect, organize, and maintain data related to real estate transactions, sales, and marketing activities.- Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and presentations to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategic solutions.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.- Implement and maintain MIS systems and databases.- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.- Provide training and support to staff on MIS tools and systems.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in MIS or data analysis, preferably in the real estate industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and other MIS software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
