We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Sales Team Lead/Manager to guide and inspire our group of dedicated real estate Champs. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate Rm's to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies, training programs, and processes. Monitor team performance, provide coaching and feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews. Collaborate with sales Rm's to create individualized action plans for growth and success. Foster a collaborative and positive team culture to enhance productivity and teamwork. Stay informed about market trends and industry developments to provide valuable insights and guidance. Assist in handling complex negotiations and resolving escalated client issues.

Proven experience in real estate sales and leadership, with a successful track record. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. In-depth knowledge of the real estate market. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
