Sourcing and Closing Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sourcing and Closing Specialist to join our dynamic team. Job Description for Sourcing Manager:- Establishing and activating new channel partners, and supervising the onboarding procedure.- Holding regular meetings with existing active channel partners to maintain continuous business flow.- Creating additional sales incentives and schemes for channel partners.- Maintaining a comprehensive market survey analysis to grasp market trends and support channel partner activation.- Organizing (ATL) and (BTL) activities with channel partners to generate leads.

Job Description for Closing Manager:- Overseeing the entire process from assigning walk-ins to team members to closing deals and collecting payments for OCR and home loan disbursement.- Personally attending to walk-ins and finalizing deals, with diligent follow-up procedures.- Creating monthly and quarterly sales plans for the designated site consistently.- Formulating sales strategies and envisioning sales targets until they are achieved.- Ensuring follow-up on team members' revisit appointments and ensuring successful closures.

Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field.
