Sourcing Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, negotiating deals, and closing transactions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute to the growth and success of our company. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for establishing and activating new channel partners, supervising the onboarding procedure, holding regular meetings with existing active channel partners, creating additional sales incentives and schemes for channel partners, maintaining a comprehensive market survey analysis to grasp market trends, and organizing (ATL) and (BTL) activities with channel partners to generate leads.

Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field.
