Description
Lead Project Delivery
- Lead TAS projects end to end: initiation, planning, procurement, factory testing, erection installation, commissioning coordination, site acceptance Test, punch points compliance, reconciliation and project handover.
- Translate the contract, scope of work and technical specifications into a baselined project plan with clear milestones, deliverables and success criteria.
- Own the integrated schedule and critical path, and act early when it slips.
- Ensure project is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to quality.
