Accounting Advisor | Fintech

Position title: Accounting Advisor Base Salary: AED 1200 to 2,100 equivalent per month in local currency Location: Remote Working Days: Monday - Saturday Working Hours: UK Shift

Role Overview: As an Accounting Advisor, you will support the end-to-end finance function for assigned clients by managing daily bookkeeping tasks performing reconciliations and assisting in the preparation of monthly quarterly and year-end financial statements with basic variance analysis You will help with VAT and corporate tax registrations and filings stay updated on relevant regulations and ensure timely compliance under the guidance of senior team members As part of client servicing you will participate in regular check-ins assist in preparing financial reports and help translate financial data into clear and actionable insights

Responsibilities: •Support onboarding of new clients by gathering required information and assisting with initial system setup •Assist in setting up and maintaining client finance systems, including accounting tools and processes •Perform periodic bookkeeping, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records •Support VAT and Corporate Tax registrations and assist in timely filing and compliance •Prepare and support monthly and quarterly financial deliverables and meetings with clients •Analyse financial statements and provide valuable insights under the guidance of senior advisors •Collaborate with Team Leads and Managers to ensure 100 percent client satisfaction •Handle day-to-day client communication and participate in meetings as required

Who You Are: •1.5 + years of hands-on offshore accounting experience •Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proven experience in finance and accounting •Proficiency with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books •Meticulous attention to detail and a track record of meeting tight deadlines •Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills •Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience

1.5 + years of hands-on offshore accounting experience Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proven experience in finance and accounting Proficiency with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books Meticulous attention to detail and a track record of meeting tight deadlines Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience Completed Professional Courses: CA ACCA CPA CMA ACA qualifications are preferable.
