Barista

We are seeking vibrant and passionate Baristas and Customer Service staff including Cashiers to join our innovative team. The ideal candidates will be the face of our brand and be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages, including specialty drinks. Ensure consistent beverage preparation, verifying that recipes are followed, and equipment is operated correctly. Consistently maintain high quality production of all brews. Create visually appealing coffee presentations, including basic latte art. Maintain Cleanliness and Organization of the workspace, adhering to health and safety standards. Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the POS (point of sale) system.

Must have at least 1 year of proven experience in the UAE as a Barista. Basic knowledge of coffee preparation, including espresso-based drinks. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced work environment. Strong attention to details and a flair for creativity. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
