Position Overview

As an Automation Engineer at i95dev, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining sales, marketing, and operational automations. You will work with various departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement robust, scalable solutions using leading automation platforms to connect our suite of tools and streamline critical business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy complex automation workflows using tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, Lemlist, or Gumloop.
• Integrate various SaaS applications, databases, and APIs to ensure seamless data flow and process continuity.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to automate lead management, customer outreach, and data enrichment processes.
• Monitor existing automations for errors, performance issues, and scalability, performing regular maintenance and updates.
• Analyze and re-engineer existing business processes to be more efficient and less error-prone through automation.
• Develop and maintain clear documentation for all automation workflows, including process maps and technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with automation systems in a timely manner.

Technical Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience developing and deploying automations with platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Lemlist, or Gumloop.
• Strong understanding of API integration, including REST APIs and webhooks.
• Experience in streamlining sales or marketing processes (e.g., lead nurturing, email sequencing, CRM updates).
• Familiarity with CRM systems (like Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing platforms.
• Basic scripting skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python) to handle custom logic and data transformation within automation workflows is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical, process-oriented mindset.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical automation solutions.
