Position Overview

As a Product Go-To-Market Engineer, you will be a technical expert on our products, responsible for empowering our sales and marketing teams to effectively communicate the value of our offerings. You will create compelling technical content, build impactful demos, and serve as the voice of the customer to our product teams. This role requires a unique blend of deep technical understanding, strong communication skills, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with product management and engineering to understand new products and features in-depth.
• Develop and maintain technical marketing materials, including product demos, technical documentation, tutorials, and whitepapers.
• Act as a key technical resource for the sales and marketing teams, providing product training and support during the sales cycle.
• Translate complex technical features into clear, compelling benefits for our customers and the market.
• Gather feedback from customers and the field to influence the product roadmap and future development.
• Support product launch activities and create technical content to drive adoption.
• Conduct technical competitive analysis to position our products effectively.

Technical Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Developer Advocacy.
• Strong ability to create and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Excellent understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem, APIs, and modern web technologies.
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) to build demos and proof-of-concepts.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms from a technical perspective.
• Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A strong portfolio of technical content you have created (e.g., blog posts, videos, documentation).
