Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive Junior Business Analyst to support requirement discovery, solution documentation, and project coordination across eCommerce and ERP engagements. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals passionate about technology, data, AI/ML, and digital commerce.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Execution

• Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.
• Work with senior BAs and development teams to translate needs into structured functional documentation.
• Participate in testing activities, validation cycles, and requirement tracing.
• Support creation of user manuals, training materials, process flows, and internal documentation.
• Apply AI/ML understanding where relevant to internal research or product features.

Market & Partner Exposure

• Support market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.
• Participate in internal cross-functional discussions to understand delivery workflows.
• Assist in preparing reports, summaries, requirement trackers, and analytics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and product teams on requirement preparation and client interactions.
• Work closely with QA and engineering teams during testing cycles.
• Engage with clients under supervision during requirement or clarifying discussions.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience (freshers with strong fundamentals encouraged).
• Academic exposure to Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning is a plus.

Technical Knowledge

• Basic understanding of eCommerce workflows and business processes.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of how AI/ML enhances business decision-making.
