Your Mission

• Build the Future: Develop micro-frontends, event-driven APIs, and ML-integrated systems that power our next-gen platforms.
• AI-Driven Engineering: Contribute to AI-based recommendation engines, underwriting assistants, and chat-driven policy experiences using ML models and GenAI frameworks.
• Cloud-Native Everything: Work hands-on with containerized microservices (ECS/EKS, Fargate, Lambda), observability stacks (Dynatrace, OpenTelemetry), and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Design for Scale: Collaborate with architects to design distributed systems that scale to millions of transactions, ensuring performance, reliability, and fault tolerance.
• Human-Centered Thinking: Apply design thinking and empathy to build intuitive, accessible, and delightful customer experiences across web and mobile.
• Ship, Learn, Improve: Operate within agile squads that release fast, test continuously, and learn relentlessly.
