Overview:

We are looking for a

Senior Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager

with a strong background in

eCommerce and IT services sales

. The ideal candidate will have

3–6 years of experience

in international business development, preferably with exposure to

US or European clients

. This role involves

team leadership

, strategic business growth, and opportunities to

engage with clients across the globe

.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive new business opportunities through lead generation, client outreach, and strategic partnerships.

Pitch IT and eCommerce services (Magento, Shopify, Shopware, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, etc.) to global clients.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with international clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Handle the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and proposal creation to negotiation and closure.

Lead and mentor a small sales team to achieve department goals and targets.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, project delivery, and management) for seamless execution.

Identify market trends, competitor strategies, and client needs to refine sales approaches.

Participate in client meetings and represent the company at global events when required.

Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare regular reports on pipeline and performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

3–6 years of experience

in business development or sales in the

IT/eCommerce

industry.

Proven success in handling

US or European clients

.

Prior

team management or mentoring experience

is preferred.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Willingness to

travel internationally

for client meetings and business events.
