Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer with 2+ years of experience to support our engineering team in designing,

developing, and testing mechanical components and systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CAD

tools, product testing, and an understanding of manufacturing processes, contributing to various stages of product

development.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop mechanical components and systems using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA).

2. Prepare and revise detailed engineering drawings and specifications.

3. Conduct simulations and analyses (e.g., FEA, CFD) to validate design performance.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and R&D teams.

5. Participate in prototyping, testing, and validation of designs.

6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during design and manufacturing phases.

7. Document engineering changes, test results, and prepare project reports.

8. Support and present materials for design reviews.

9. Propose and implement improvements to enhance processes and product performance.

Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

2. 1-2 years of experience in mechanical design or a related role.

3. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, etc.).

4. Familiarity with engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.

5. Experience with simulation tools for FEA and CFD is a plus.

6. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

7. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

8. Eagerness to contribute to innovative projects and a commitment to continuous learning.
