We at Innovative Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (IDSPL) are looking for a lively and dedicated Customer Relationship Executive to join our team and ensure our customers get the best possible service.

Responsibilities:

• Build positive and lasting relationships with customers

• Be the main point of contact for customers

• Introduce customers to new products and services

• Identify customer needs and advise customers on suitable products

• Monitor customer satisfaction and make changes if necessary

• Handle customer queries and complaints, and provide support

• Assist management with customer service projects

• Prepare reports and analyze customer data

Requirements:

• Previous customer service or sales experience, preferably in the digital solutions domain

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high stress environment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent organizational skills

Education qualification:

Diploma / bachelors in any domain or above
