Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Developer to join our dynamic team at IDFC FIRST Bank. As a Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that support our digital banking initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test software applications using programming languages and tools

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications

• Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and best practices are followed

• Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner

• Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the banking industry

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies

• Mentor and guide junior developers in the team

Qualifications:
