IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our wholesale banking delivery systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications for wholesale banking delivery

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

• Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner

• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends

• Ensure the security and scalability of the applications

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback

• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full stack development

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks such as Angular or React

• Experience with back-end technologies such as Java, Node.js, or Python

• Experience with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or Oracle

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Additional Parameters:

• Experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus

• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools is a plus

• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure is a plus
