Role Description

• He/She will be mainly responsible for managing a team of Relationship Managers (MOs), Sales Officers (Outsourced employees) who are placed at dealer points.
• He/She will be responsible for dealer empanelment, dealer payment and manage dealer relationship.
• He/She should adhere to TAT on approved and disbursed applications.
• He/She should maintain required cross sell penetration to drive profitability.
• He/She should manage nonstarter and delinquency.
