Job Summary – Your objective will not simply be to develop features. You will help us build, maintain and continuously improve a strategic digital platform connecting our customers, sales teams, marketing activities and internal systems. The Extranet / CRM is intended to become a key component of the organisation's digital ecosystem and will progressively integrate additional services, systems, countries and users. You will therefore have the opportunity to contribute not only to development, but also to the technical architecture, security, scalability and long-term evolution of the platform. We are looking for someone capable of combining strong technical expertise, autonomy, reliability and a good understanding of business needs

Roles & Responsibilities –

Platform Development

• Participate in the technical architecture and development of the Extranet / CRM platform
• Develop and maintain both backend and frontend functionalities, with a strong focus on backend development
• Translate business and functional requirements into robust technical solutions
• Build reusable, maintainable and well-documented components
• Contribute to technical choices and architecture decisions
• Ensure the platform remains scalable as new countries, users, services and functionalities are added
• Maintain consistency and reliability across the different components of the platform
• Contribute to the long-term evolution and technical sustainability of the application

Backend Development & API Integrations

• Design, develop and maintain APIs and backend services
• Develop and manage connectors with third-party platforms and internal systems
• Manage data exchanges between the Extranet / CRM and other systems such as: o ERP platforms o Marketing platforms o Authentication services o Internal business applications o Third-party software and services
• Implement appropriate API authentication, error handling, logging and monitoring
• Contribute to the design and maintenance of the platform's databases and data models
• Ensure data integrity, reliability, security and performance
• Develop robust integration mechanisms between interconnected applications
• Ensure reliable synchronization and traceability of data exchanges
• Design backend services capable of supporting the long-term development of the platform

Data Architecture, Security & Access Management

• Contribute to a robust and scalable data architecture
• Ensure data consistency and traceability across the CRM, Extranet and connected systems
• Apply GDPR and data privacy principles throughout the development lifecycle, particularly regarding personal data collection, storage, processing, access and retention
• Implement and maintain web application security best practices
• Protect applications and data against common vulnerabilities and security risks
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms
• Design and manage roles, permissions and access-control mechanisms
• Ensure users can only access the data and functionalities appropriate to their profile and responsibilities
• Participate in the continuous improvement of application security and technical resilience

Frontend Development

• Integrate interfaces and components based on designs provided by the UX/UI team
• Develop responsive, reliable and user-friendly web interfaces
• Ensure consistency between frontend and backend functionalities
• Connect frontend components with APIs and backend services
• Maintain good application performance and compatibility across modern browsers and devices
• Ensure accurate implementation of approved designs and user journeys
• The position does not require advanced UI design skills. The main expectation is the ability to accurately and efficiently implement interfaces designed by the UX/UI team, while ensuring their proper integration with backend functionalities

Maintenance & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain the platform and resolve issues
