Senior Associate - Sales

• Proactively identify and engage potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions that highlight the benefits of our services.
• Utilize various strategies to generate new leads, including networking, attending industry events, and leveraging social media platforms.
• Oversee the entire lead process from identification through conversion, ensuring effective management and follow-up.
• Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients to showcase our company's capabilities and the advantages of our services.
• Draft detailed proposals and negotiate contracts that align with client requirements and company objectives.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering repeat business through regular follow-ups and updates.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and suggest areas for improvement to enhance sales strategies and outcomes.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze outcomes, and adjust strategies as necessary to improve sales effectiveness and achieve targets.
• Develop and manage sales support materials that effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
• Engage in upselling and cross-selling activities to maximize revenue from existing clients
• ​Keep abreast of the latest software technologies and sales strategies through ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Result-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
