Duties and Responsibilities
As Executive Assistant to General Manager, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:

Operate office equipment such as fax & copy machines, phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.

Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.

Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons

according to their needs.

Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.

Open, read, route and distribute incoming mail and other material, and prepare answers to routine letters.

Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.

Make copies of correspondence and other printed material.

Review work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar, ensure that company
format policies are followed and recommend revisions.

Compose, type and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.

Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.

Keep confidentiality of all meetings and discussions that Executive Assistant is present.

Keep confidentiality of any notes, emails or correspondence that might be of sensitive issues.

Assist all EC members in administrative functions when required

Attend meetings and training as required by supervisors.

Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.

Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.

Perform any additional tasks given to me by management.
Qualifications
To execute the position of Executive Assistant to General Manager, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 1-year secretarial experience at a resort, hotel or similar setting.
- Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
- Fluent in English.
