The Big Picture

As an Intern – Project Management, you will work closely with the project management team and get hands-on exposure to project coordination, tracking, documentation, and stakeholder communication.This internship is ideal for someone who is organized, curious, detail-oriented, and interested in understanding how projects move from planning to delivery in a fast-paced, global work environment.

What you can expect as an Intern – Project Management:

• Assist the project management team with day-to-day project coordination and follow-ups.
• Support teams in tracking project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
• Help maintain project trackers, reports, schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect project updates and status information.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining project-related data and records.
• Support the team in identifying delays, gaps, or pending actions and bringing them to the attention of the relevant team members.
• Help prepare basic project status updates and reports.
• Assist in reviewing project information and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Get exposure to project management practices, team coordination, and delivery workflows.
• Learn how projects are managed in a global, cross-functional environment.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Energy, or related fields preferred).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and documentation.
• Ability to follow up, coordinate, and keep track of multiple tasks.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Must be open to night shifts to support global client engagement.
