Site Manager

• Build and develop the project team to ensure high performance by providing clear purpose, direction, and motivation.

• Lead projects from start to finish, including defining requirements, setting schedules, estimating budgets, and planning implementation, while managing risks.

• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects stay on scope, schedule, and budget.

• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, providing regular updates on project status and changes.

• Set and manage processes for project scope, quality, and performance standards, and assess risks.

• Manage performance databases across digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects.

• Develop and maintain partnerships with vendors and contractors.

• Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.

• Report project outcomes and risks to management and escalate issues as necessary.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience on site.

• Experience with tools like, Autocad, & MS office for usability.

• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.

• Proven success working with all management levels.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong presentation skills.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Experience with project planning software like Zoho Projects.

• Experience in developing internal process platforms.

• Experience in coaching project team members to enhance their skills.

Education

• UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Civil, Diploma - Civil
