Relationship Manager - Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.

• Understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities.

• Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly and convincingly

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

will be an added advantage.

• Follow up with interested prospects and close sales within timelines.

Requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Any Graduate with Minimum of 1+ years' experience pursuing having called

experience.

• Proven experience in tele sales or a similar sales/customer service role is preferred

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills

• Hindi, English, Telugu and Tamil language spoken candidates will be preferred.
