Test Lead

**Job Title:**Test Lead

Job Description:

• Perform both manual and automation testing to ensure product quality

• Translate business requirements into effective test scenarios and test cases

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, business teams, and developers

• Design, execute, and maintain test plans and automation frameworks

• Identify, track, and manage defects through resolution

• Ensure high-quality deliverables through effective QA processes and validation

• Support continuous improvement in testing practices and delivery standards

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in manual and automation testing

• Ability to understand and analyze business requirements

• Experience in creating test scenarios, test cases, and automation scripts

• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills

• Good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
