Job Description – Technical Intern (AI Projects) – HR Function Role: Technical Intern – AI Projects (HR) Location: Chennai / Hybrid / Work from Office Duration: 3 to 6 Months Internship | Stipend: INR 10,000 per month About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic and technically strong interns to work on AI-driven projects within the HR and Talent Acquisition function. The intern will work on solving real-world business problems using technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Automation, Analytics, and Internal Knowledge Systems. This internship provides hands-on exposure to enterprise AI use cases, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to build solutions that can directly improve recruitment, employee experience, HR operations, and workforce intelligence. Key Responsibilities: Work on AI/ML-based projects related to HR, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Operations Build and test prototypes using Python, APIs, LLMs, automation tools, and data analytics platforms Assist in developing internal tools such as chatbots, knowledge assistants, screening tools, dashboards, or workflow automations Perform data collection, preprocessing, validation, and analysis Collaborate with HR, engineering, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into working solutions Document project progress, findings, and implementation approaches Participate in project reviews, demos, and feedback sessions Eligibility Criteria Pursuing BE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/BSc/MSc in Computer Science, IT, AI/ML, Data Science, or related disciplines Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or Automation Good analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to learn quickly and work independently Preferred Technical Skills Basics of Python programming, Understanding of AI/ML concepts, Familiarity with APIs, databases, or automation tools, Knowledge of Prompt Engineering / Generative AI concepts is an added advantage Exposure to tools/frameworks such as: Python, SQL, Power BI / Tableau, OpenAI APIs / LLMs, LangChain / RAG concepts, Git/GitHub Soft Skills Good communication and collaboration skills Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new technologies Strong ownership and learning mindset Ability to present ideas and project outcomes clearly What Interns Will Gain Exposure to real enterprise AI use cases Opportunity to work on impactful HR technology initiatives Mentorship from industry professionals Hands-on experience in AI product development lifecycle Internship completion certificate and performance-based opportunities
