Sr. Landscape Architect

•  Understand client requirements thoroughly and ensure project output aligns with expectations.
•  Coordinate effectively within the internal team and other departments for effective project execution.
•  Ensure adherence to predefined project delivery timelines and maintain timely completion of tasks.
•  Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports, project documentation, and time sheets.
•  Monitor project progress and maintain all necessary documentation with accuracy.
•  Uphold quality standards and ensure all deliverables meet customer specifications.
•  Pay strong attention to detail to ensure zero-error delivery to clients.

Requirements

• Landscape Design: Advanced ability to conceptualize and execute designs for urban spaces, and residential/commercial landscapes.
• Plant Material Selection: Expertise in horticulture, native species, and climate-appropriate planting.
• Problem-Solving: Addressing design challenges with creative, practical solutions.
• Project Management: Coordinating multidisciplinary teams, timelines, and deliverables.
