1) Role - Social Media & Creator Executive

Indrashakti is a modern brand-building company creating bold, differentiated Indian consumer brands. We currently operate two fast-growing brands:

Hadō – Clean soda for modern India. Bold flavour, zero heaviness, built for high-energy spaces.

Swah – Premium rice with purpose. Tradition in origin, modern in positioning.

We are looking for a Social Media Intern who understands culture, trends, and how Instagram actually works.

What you will do:

– Ideate reel concepts and post ideas for Hadō & Swah

– Write captions that feel native, witty, and sharp

– Spot trends early and adapt them for brand use

– Help plan content calendars

– Support campaign thinking, not just execution

– Track engagement and suggest improvements

You should:

– Be active on Instagram and understand reels

– Know what makes someone stop scrolling

– Understand Gen Z tone without forcing it

– Have a basic understanding of engagement, CTR, and conversions

– Have basic design sensibility and be comfortable using tools like Canva or similar to create clean, on-brand creatives

– Be proactive and idea-driven
