Business Management Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Management Associate to support business management initiatives and support strategic decision making through performance tracking and KPI reporting. The role is crucial in driving business strategy, optimizing processes and enhancing data-driven insights to support executive leadership. The ideal candidate will combine analytical expertise with strategic thinking.

In this role you will support the Operations Senior Leadership team responding to ad hoc business requests and preparing executive presentations that effectively communicate key findings and strategic proposals. Additionally you will manage the monthly and quarterly tracking of key business metrics, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of KPIs to senior stakeholders. You will work closely with all Index Operational teams, gather and analyze data, develop reports and dashboards and play a key role in automating reporting processes, refining operational workflows and facilitating discussions that drive business efficiency and growth.

Responsibilities • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with all Operations teams to gather and understand data and align reporting structures. • KPI Tracking Reporting: Develop, maintain and analyze KPI reports for Index Operations to provide actionable business insights. • Presentation Communication: Summarize key metrics and findings in executive reports and support in preparing broader announcements strategic business presentations. • Process Optimization: Continuously refine reporting methodologies to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications • 3+ years of relevant experience • Background in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science or a related field • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work with a geographically-dispersed teams and in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, detail oriented • Strong proficiency in Excel PowerPoint, PowerBI or other data visualization tools • Knowledge of capital markets preferred
