We are looking for a Hotel Revenue Analyst to support pricing, forecasting, and revenue optimization for our property. The role focuses on data analysis, market research, OTAs, and distribution management.Key Responsibilities:Review daily pickup report, occupancy, ADR, and RevPARCheck OTA extranets for rate parity and inventory accuracyAnalyze booking trends & forecast demandImplement pricing strategies and rate plansManage OTA extranets, website rates & channel manager effectively Analyze competitor rates and adjust price recommendationsPrepare daily/weekly/monthly reportsCommunicate updates with Partner HotelsSchedule monthly revenue meetings and follow up with Revenue Manager
Eligibility Criteria
The role is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Hotel Revenue Analyst. You need 1-2 years of revenue management experience – Hotels, strong analytical and numerical skills, proficiency in MS Excel and PMS/CRS/Channel Manager systems, and knowledge and execution of OTA platforms and distribution channels.
