Sr. Executive- Marketing| ResAvenue| Mumbai

As a Revenue Executive, you will work closely with the Revenue Management team to optimize room inventory, pricing, distribution and channel strategy across the hotel. You will support daily, weekly and monthly forecasting, reporting and analysis to drive revenue growth, profitability and competitiveness in the market.

Key Responsibilities: Perform rate loading, inventory management and restrictions in the property management system and revenue management system to optimise yield. Monitor daily pick-up, occupancy trends, ADR (Average Daily Rate), RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room) and other key performance indicators; identify opportunities and risks. Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly sales strategy, forecasting reports and analysis for senior revenue and commercial stakeholders. Conduct competitive set analysis, market trend reviews and demand-calendar management to inform pricing decisions and promotional strategies. Collaborate with Sales Team, Reservations, Marketing and Front Office to ensure alignment of strategies, distribution channel mix and guest segmentation. Manage distribution channels including wholesalers, OTAs (online travel agencies), GDS and direct bookings; ensure rate parity and channel optimisation. New Property set up across all distribution channels for Hotels Support system audits, integrity of data, and ensure correct setup of rate rules, inventory controls, and restrictions. Proficient in managing Channel Manager, Booking Engines , Reputation management software Participate in training and development of revenue-management tools and best practices within the hotel team. Manage review Meetings with clients to ensure the understanding of the action taken for their respective Hotels
