• Leading RECODE™ global design to reimagine end-to-end workflows and operating models
• Mapping decision logic, policy rules, escalation pathways, and HITL governance
• Configuring and deploying agents, prompts, orchestration logic, and measurement frameworks
• Establishing governance, change management, and trust structures for AI adoption
• FDEs serving as hands-on transformation engineers who activate and customize the Model Office
• Driving continuous improvement, drift monitoring, and enterprise-level scaling
