Business Analyst

Conduct meetings to understand and capture business requirements, existing Process- create detailed BRDs and process maps/ walkthroughs. Distill current processes to identify areas of improvements, help in developing and implementing solutions. Perform feasibility analysis - whether the solution is worth building/ implementing. Work with Solution design team to create Business and functional solution design documents including Wireframes. Work with developer maintaining change requests. Work with business team to perform user acceptance testing. Bug reporting. Monitor the overall status of the project and conduct timely sessions with business stakeholders to provide updates. Timely escalations and communication of roadblocks

Needs to have top notch wireframing and scope of work creation skills. Knowledge of Figma, Balsamiq and documentation tools. Needs to have a good knowledge of latest technologies and IT. Good problem solving skills. Analytical and critical thinking. Good communication skills + PPT and documentation skills. Planning and project management skills
