Quality Assurance Lead (QA Lead)

Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to QA engineers, supporting their professional growth. Define test strategies, test plans, test cases, and effort estimations for projects. Drive end-to-end testing activities including Functional, Regression, Integration, and System Testing. Participate in requirement analysis to identify testability gaps early in the SDLC. Oversee API testing using tools such as Postman and Rest Assured. Design, implement, and enhance automation frameworks using tools like Selenium and Playwright. Develop and maintain automation test cases using Python. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments. Monitor the defect lifecycle and ensure timely resolution and reporting. Establish QA metrics, dashboards, and quality benchmarks for continuous improvement. Conduct risk analysis and recommend mitigation strategies. Continuously improve testing standards, processes, and best practices across projects.

We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented QA Test Lead to define and drive the overall quality assurance strategy while leading a team of QA engineers. This role requires strong expertise across manual testing, automation, API testing, and test planning, along with proven leadership and stakeholder management skills to ensure high-quality product delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Stakeholders to improve testing processes, identify quality risks early, and implement industry best QA practices across the SDLC.
