Job Description –

InnoMind Technologies is seeking a candidate for managing their people on day to day basis. The individual must be having experience in HR activities.

In this role, you are responsible for:

Conducting end to end recruitment process from screening to candidate selection process according to the requirements of the company resources requirement and keeping all the conversation up-to-date.

Offer letter preparation and releasing soft copy of the offer letter to the candidate.

Taking care of the joining formalities like creating email ID's, employee code generation and collecting document for background verification.

Responsible for smooth on-boarding experience,apprising employees with company HR policy's & procedures.

Arranging training sessions every week by coordinating with department heads.

Monthly payroll report generation of all the employees like new joinee details,resignations,loss of pay and leave management.

Conducting monthly employment engagement activities.

Addressing employee issues and grievances both personal and professional.

Conduct exit interviews for each exiting employee; share the feedback with the manager; ensure closure of all  clearances required.

Maintaining employee database.

Qualifications:

Required Experience:

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English/Malayalam

Ability to handle people in very well manner

Excellent management and motivational skills

Professional appearance

Required Education:

Any Graduate/PG
