Chat ( Chat process)

• Candidate should be minimum 12th Pass (undergraduate). Original mark sheet will be required at the time of joining.
• Fresher applying should have Aadhar seeded with a nationalized bank account. & should not have worked previously anywhere in NAPS.
  Experience is considered for those who have min. 6 months BPO experience on paper.
  Candidate should have an excellent typing speed of 35 WPM.
• Candidate should have good communication skills. ( Skill 4 & above).
  It will be 9 hours of shift (Working window – Morning 7 AM to Night 2 AM).
• Rotational shifts for Male candidate on the above mentioned working window.
• Salary offered will be Rs.20,500/-CTC P.M. (19,000 in-hand without PF) to experience candidates & 15000 stipend(in-hand) will be provided to fresher candidates.
