L2 ( blended Email + Voice)

Ø             Candidate should be minimum 12th Pass ( undergraduate). Original mark sheet will  be required at the time of joining.

Ø             Fresher applying should have Aadhar seeded with a nationalized bank account & should not have worked previously anywhere in NAPS.

Ø             Experience is considered for those who have min. 6 months BPO experience on paper.

Ø             Candidate should have excellent typing speed of 35 WPM.

Ø             Candidate should have good communication skills. ( Skill 4 & above).

Ø             It will be 9 hours of shift ( Working window – Morning 7 AM to Night 2 AM).

Ø             Rotational shifts for Male candidate on the above mentioned working window.

Ø            13850 stipend(in-hand) will be provided to fresher candidates. Experience at 18500 CTC ( 15500 in hand without PF)
