Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Product Mastery:

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products or services, including their technical specifications, features, and applications.
• Participate in product demonstrations and hands-on training sessions to deepen your technical expertise.

2. Sales Support and Customer Interaction:

• Assist sales engineers in preparing and delivering compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and technical requirements, offering customized solutions and recommendations.

3. Project Coordination and Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Engineering, Project, and customer support to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal stakeholders to facilitate communication and address technical inquiries.

4. Market and Industry Insight:

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to our products and solutions.
• Provide valuable feedback from customer interactions to contribute to product development and marketing strategies.

5. Training and Professional Development:

• Participate actively in training programs, workshops, and skill-building sessions designed to enhance your product knowledge, sales techniques, and business acumen.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical, or a related technical field preferred.
• Technical Aptitude: Strong interest and foundational knowledge in technical products and solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences effectively.
