Hiring: Helpdesk Executive

Location: Pallikaranai

Experience: Minimum 1+ Years (Residential Apartment Experience Mandatory)

Salary: Based on Performance

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in queries from residents/clients.
  • Log complaints and service requests in the system.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams for timely issue resolution.
  • Track and follow up on open service requests until closure.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Ensure prompt and professional communication with residents/clients.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior management when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in residential apartment helpdesk operations.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage service requests efficiently.
  • Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
