Experience: Minimum 1+ Years (Residential Apartment Experience Mandatory)

Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in queries from residents/clients.
- Log complaints and service requests in the system.
- Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams for timely issue resolution.
- Track and follow up on open service requests until closure.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ensure prompt and professional communication with residents/clients.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior management when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in residential apartment helpdesk operations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage service requests efficiently.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
