Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities: Compile and organize healthcare data from electronic health records, patient satisfaction surveys, billing claims, cost reports, and other sources. Analyze data patterns and trends to deliver optimal healthcare management and decision-making. Retrieve data from database management systems and perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. Build data models that capture a wide range of healthcare operations. Create visually appealing reports and presentations to communicate data-driven insights to management. Collaborate with healthcare executives and administrators to implement data-driven improvements. Stay up-to-date with the latest healthcare data analysis techniques and tools.

Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience as a Healthcare Data Analyst or in a similar role.
