Guest Service Associate Housekeeping - Holiday Inn Express Bengaluru Whitefield

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms daily according to Holiday Inn Express brand standards and SOPs.
• Ensure beds, bathrooms, amenities, and room supplies meet required quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned public areas, back-of-house areas, and service pantries.
• Report maintenance issues, lost & found items, and safety hazards promptly.
• Replenish guest room amenities, linen, and supplies accurately.
• Follow all health, hygiene, safety, and security procedures.
• Handle guest requests courteously and promptly, maintaining a service-oriented attitude.
• Use housekeeping chemicals, equipment, and machinery safely as per guidelines.
• Ensure proper segregation and disposal of waste as per hotel policy.
• Support special cleaning schedules and deep-cleaning activities when required.
• Adhere strictly to IHG policies, grooming standards, and code of conduct.
