• Responsible for providing overall career guidance and mentorship to students.
• Collate information from leading companies regarding skills required for various job profiles.
• Systematically engage companies for campus recruitment to enhance placement opportunities for students.
• Introduce and collaborate with top companies to create quality career opportunities aligned with students' capabilities.
• Profile students through standard assessment tests and facilitate guidance and training through faculty members and external consultants.
• Effectively communicate with recruiters to highlight institutional priorities, student strengths, and the institute's unique capabilities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders during the placement season to ensure suitable employment opportunities for students.
• Guide students aspiring for higher education in the application process and coordinate with faculty members and overseas universities.
• Leverage social media platforms for promoting institute achievements, identifying job opportunities, and networking with employers.
• Promote the incubation program by attracting promising start-ups and coordinating due diligence and seed funding activities.
• Establish and maintain ecosystem partnerships with investors, corporates, industry associations, and other stakeholders relevant to start-ups.
